Returns, Refunds & Unclaimed Pickup Orders
At SQUISH, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are food items and perishable goods, our return and refund policy is designed to protect product quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, we do not normally accept order cancellations, changes, or exchanges.
If you have questions about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@squishcandies.com and include your order number for reference.
Returns & Exchanges
For health and safety reasons, SQUISH cannot accept returns or exchanges on candy products, including opened or unopened items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, taste preference, or products that were not picked up within the pickup period described below.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or otherwise not as expected, please contact Customer Support by email at info@squishcandies.com within a reasonable time after receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Depending on the situation, SQUISH may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. We may request additional information before approving a resolution.
This policy does not limit your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, unsafe, or otherwise required by law to be refunded or replaced.
Unclaimed Pickup Orders
Orders selected for local pickup must be picked up within 3 months / 90 days from the date the customer receives the “Ready for Pickup” notification.
Because our products are food items with freshness, storage, and best-before considerations, any pickup order that has not been collected within this 3-month period may be cancelled, returned to inventory, donated, or disposed of at our discretion.
After the 3-month pickup period has passed, unclaimed pickup orders are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Customers may contact us to request a store credit equal to the amount paid for the unclaimed products, after discounts and promotions.
Store credits do not expire where prohibited by law.
