Shipping Policy

ONCE A ORDER IS PLACED WE CANNOT MAKE ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS. 

Just a heads up – our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

PROCESSING TIME

Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. Processing time is not included in the delivery time.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard Parcel delivery is based on the following delivery schedule:

  • Local: 2-4 business days (Fulfillment center is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada)
  • Regional: 3 to 5 business days
  • National: 3 to 8 business days

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees include handling, packaging and delivery to the address provided at checkout. 

Canada

The shipping rate is calculated based on your location and order weight. 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Squish Candies ships online orders to Canada Canada Post.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and process in stock orders the following business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. 

Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on the following statutory holidays:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year’s Day
  • January 2
  • Good Friday
  • Victoria Day
  • St-Jean Baptiste
  • Canada Day
  • Labour Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day

Delivery schedules are based on times between most major urban centers in Canada. Delivery to non-major urban centers or remote locations in Canada and are subject to additional delivery time based on Canada Post's Deliver Standards detailed at www.canadapost.ca/deliverystandards .

Please be advised, Squish cannot guarantee the exact time an order will be delivered.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once we ship your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email that will contain a link to track your shipment online at canadapost.ca/track . Please note, that it can take some time before your tracking information will be available on the Canada Post website.

RETURNS

Once an order has been processed we do not normally accept order cancellations or exchanges. If you have questions about your order, please contact us by email at info@squishcandies.com. Please include your order number for reference.

Squish wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Support by email at info@squishcandies.com. Please have your order number available for reference. For health and safety reasons Squish cannot accept any candy returns or exchanges, as its products are perishable goods.
